Bio: Farmin’ Fishes is a fish farm straight out of Roanoke, Virginia. We specialize in growing native fish species for human consumption, stocking purposes, and even ornamental species meant to be pets (non-native). If it has anything to do with fish, then you have come to the right place. Largemouth bass, bluegill, catfish, trout, and even the all time favorite, the koi fish, are all farmed here. We strive to increase public knowledge on the conservation of wild species and how fish farming is working to decrease human effects on wild fish stocks. By raising fish in artificial setting, we hope to decrease the amount of fish then being taken out of the wild. Our farm is open to the entire public and visitations from anyone are encouraged! We hope to see you at our farm!

(disclosure- this is a project, not a real place)
